Homes by Yulitza is the culmination of my dedication to serving others and my passion for real estate. My journey into real estate began long before I moved to the U.S., where I spent over five years working in the industry in Venezuela. After relocating to Florida, I faced the challenge of starting anew, but my commitment to helping others remained unchanged. My background in early childhood education shaped my approach to service, where I was recognized as Teacher of the Year after saving the life of a 4-month-old child — an experience that deepened my desire to help people in meaningful ways.

Since transitioning into real estate in 2024, I’ve combined my years of real estate experience with the values that I hold dear: trust, compassion, and attention to detail. I have built Homes by Yulitza to assist first-time homebuyers, real estate investors, and immigrant families in navigating the complexities of the real estate market with clarity and confidence. My passion for helping people find not just a house, but a home, is at the heart of everything I do.
